When do I receive my vault money?

Funds from Monday's transactions are available Tuesday, Tuesday's on Wednesday, and Thursday's on Friday. Transactions from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are deposited the following Monday via the Federal Reserve.

Is processing really free?

Yes. Free ATM processing is included with every ATM we sell and with every free placement. There are no monthly processing or statement fees.

How do I see my ATM's activity?

You receive your own personal login to monitor your ATM on the web or a mobile app: see how much cash remains in the machine, your surcharge revenue, and transaction history in real time.
